Mistake #1: You don’t know how cut your losses and revamp things.
Almost everyone I know who tries to create a course or workshop ends up making this mistake.
That’s because it’s a bit counter-intuitive. If you look at this from a logical standpoint, you may feel like you should be sticking to your guns because someone out there will want to purchase from you, right? Turns out that’s wrong – you should be cutting your loses if something is not working, STOP! Walk away and revamp that S**T and try again, instead.
Mistake #2: You drop your prices on EVERY launch
I made this mistake not once but twice when I was starting out. So let me save you from doing the same thing. Instead of making this mistake, try taking a different step instead. How about you put your FULL price offer out there and let people UNDERSTAND your worth! You’ll see much better results.
Mistake #3: They didn’t actually launch their product “because it is never ready”
Most people don’t even realize they’re making this mistake until it’s to late.
You can avoid this by setting a plan and following through. This sounds so simple but its not! Let me be the first one to tell you this. You will never feel like things are ready. You will always have doubts, but you HAVE to put it out there for you to know if it works or not.
Mistake #4: You don’t have a website.
If your launch is flopping it could be because of your website! When you were trying to complete your marketing plan, the website portion completely slipped your mind and now your building a landing page from your email system, then you were probably making this mistake. Next time, try sitting down with a website design and/or a brand designer and see if you don’t get better results.
Give yourself a pat on the back for paying attention to this article. Because now that you know the top 4 mistakes and how to avoid them, you’ll be miles ahead of all the other people who’re trying to get to the top of the business game.
